Fees

Career Counseling sessions are $130 for 50 minutes. I do not currently accept insurance. I offer a free 15-minute consultation session for new clients. I meet with clients online via a secure video platform.

Career Exploration

Finding the right career path can seem like a daunting task. I can help bring clarity to your search by encouraging you to learn about yourself and giving you tools that will aid you in learning about the careers that interest you.

Networking 

Most people are intimidated by networking. I can help you become more comfortable with this process by teaching you how to identify connections who can facilitate your job search and by helping you develop a plan to confidently ask for their help.

Career Transition Assistance

Perhaps you have made the choice to pursue a new opportunity or decided to retire. Or maybe you must find a new job because of changes in your industry or life circumstances. Career transitions, whether planned or unplanned, can be stressful. Using my dual training as a therapist and career counselor, I will teach you skills to manage your transition successfully and cope with the emotions that come along with significant life changes. And, together, we will develop a plan to help you reach your new goals.

All career professionals have specialties, and while I am happy to give you feedback, if you want a resume or LinkedIn profile written, I can provide referrals.

Assessments

I am happy to incorporate any assessments you may have completed into our sessions (e.g., MBTI, Strengths Finder), but if you want a more thorough assessment battery, I can refer you to a qualified provider.
